I'm Brenda Flores, I am a national board certified and licensed professional counselor who specializes in grief and trauma recovery. I am sensitive to the special and individual needs of my clients and use a holistic approach to treatment.
I use modalities such as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Prepare/Enrich Couples counseling, and traditional talk therapy.
